Lochan - Aviemore

The house has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people.  There is a small front garden with off street parking and there is also a garage for the guests use.  The garden to the rear features a patio and has views of the surrounding hills.

Ground Floor

There is a bright open plan lounge/dinning room with comfortable sofas and a large table seating 8 people.  French doors lead out to the rear patio where garden furniture is provided.  The lounge has colour television with a video and there is a fireplace with an electric fire.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, extractor and oven.  There is also a microwave/grill, washer-dryer, fridge freezer and a dishwasher.  There is a utility room and toilet off the kitchen.

Upstairs

The first of the four bedrooms has a five foot double bed and has an ensuite shower room.  The next room has a double bed, one has two single beds and the fourth has bunk beds.  All bedrooms are fully furnished in antique pine and feature bedside cabinets and free-standing wardrobes.

The main bathroom has a bath, an electric shower and WC.

The house has full central heating throughout and electricity and bed linen are included in the rental price. The water is heated by an off-peak immersion heater with a daytime booster if required.  The house is fully carpeted throughout.  A travel cot and high chair are available for guests use.
